We created Schmayo® because we had to quit fatty, greasy, traditional mayonnaises. Even the "healthy" versions are super caloric, or made with all kinds of funky ultra processed ingredients. But we missed mayo – it has qualities unlike any other condiment. It has utility, it binds and spreads and is benign in flavor. So we decided to create a product that could step in and do the heavy lifting, without all the calories, cholesterol and other nutritional baggage. A product that was familiar enough so folks who were looking to eat a little healthier could make the conceptual leap. And we wanted it to be all natural with no weird ingredients. Thus, Schmayo.
